Board Game Arena

I do not own the physical copy, just a disclaimer. I have noticed that part of the game is that the ticket patterns for a number do not match my opponent, and I get that it's by design. I was just wondering if it's a set number of possibilities / score sheets? And was wondering should I buy the game, how many versions are there? Sounds silly but it takes away the ability to laminate the sheets like one might for a lot of roll and writes.
