Does the upcoming suit list on the top show the suits in the order you'll receive them or just what might come up?

I know in the real card game you can't see the next suit but I'm bga's programming it seems to give you the list in order while on the suit. I can't tell if it's just confirmation bias or true.

No. It is always fixed and is completely irrelevant to the actual card order.
