Penalization for players who join and then cancel

Hi, would it be possible to implement a system so that people who join a game and then they immediately cancel its start can be penalized? It's so annoying and unfair for people who really want to play...

Maybe not directly penalization, but at least build in that if this happens twice, the third time your table will be without the people that cancelled on the previous 2 tables..

How do you propose handling this situation?
* Someone creates a lobby.
* Someone with 15% reputation joins.
* You join the lobby. Due to the BGA interface, you cannot easily see details of the other players, or you are automatically placed into the lobby by using the search feature.
* A huge screen pops up and says "HEY, THIS PERSON HAS 15% REPUTATION".
* You decide you do not want to waste an hour playing with this person only for them to leave, so you cancel.

well,
Sure enough if people cancel due to reputation issues.
but then dont put the same people in the same lobby the next time ..
that seems fair ?

Indeed, and if the host kicks them they can't rejoin that same lobby, I believe.

Quite often it happens that the players ( not the host) cancel their appearance.
then in the next game they are in the lobby with you AGAIN and they cancel again..
and again and again
nothing to do with the host, just the players.. THAT is the point and its quite annoying

Well... there are some players who actively trying to find players with only low ELO to accumulate ELO relatively easily.

You can exclude people with bad reputation from your rooster using the parameters for the search of a game so there is no excuse to cancel. Plus, even if I were to cancel a game for whatever reason, I would find it normal to loose a bit of reputation. Having to wait four a long time to get into a game, only to see them cancelled many times in a row is just the most annoying thing on BGA and it happens so much!
I think anyone cancelling should lose 5 points of reputation, and even 10 more when they do it twice in a row.
