Board Game Arena

So I have a couple weird things with group invites now.

I have one person, who plays a lot but missed the invite. I can't seem to invite them to the group again, it says they already have been invited.
So, does this mean they have to try and find the invite, or is there a way to 'cancel' the invite and re-initiate it?

Next problem, is I invited a person to join, but it told them that they can't accept the invite? What does that mean?

Any help is appreciated!!!

Ok so I've had 30 reads.

I've had 2 people invited to my group and they can't join, where should I be posting this problem instead of here?

You can try contacting BGA support (Contact Us/Support at the bottom of the page), but some people report limited success with this. This is a forum, most of those 30 people (assuming it is 30 different people, which isn't necessarily the case) may be members like you who simply don't know. I don't know the answer to your question, which is why I read but didn't respond.

I did figure out a work-around.

Even though the player couldn't find the invite again under their profile, I sent them the link to the group page and they were able to join from there...

Hopefully this helps someone else some day!
