I'm facing an issue in a game for more than 20 days. A bug doesn't allow me to play my turn. Because of that, I'm delayed so I can't start any new table. More than once and more than 10 days ago I raised a bug on the """support""" page but nothing happened till now. I also tried to contact the admin but they don't know/want to help. Does anyone know how to contact somebody that can actually help?

If it's a game bug, only the game dev can fix it. If he's not around anymore, anyone can volunteer to fix the bug

Why can't you start a new table of the same game? I don't understand.

The game bugged during my turn, so as I could't play (it doesn't load to anybody), my time is over. So because I'm late in a turn based game, BGA doesn't allow me to join any other table of any game.

Can't you just quit the game? If the actual game page is too bugged, then the table page should hopefully still work:

And complete the URL by putting the long string of numbers of the table end after the = sign. On the page that then comes up, it should allow you to click a 'quit game' button.

I was avoiding it bcz of the penalty, but I decided to do it since there is nobody to report

This seems to be a known bug with Anachrony.

- You could (maybe) contact support to get your karma penalty waived. I'm not sure what their policy is for game breaking bugs but my opinion is that they should waive karma penalties for that...
- You could (politely) reach out to the developer and ask if they are still active, if they will be working on it, etc (remember most of the devs are volunteers working on these games in their free time for no salary)

Personally I think BGA could do well with putting games back in beta more aggressively when they have known and reproducible game breaking bugs (also for the ones that have many rule-breaking bugs...). So everyone can clearly see if a game is unstable.
