I can't figure out how to view just the set up without replaying the game. Tips?

1. View game replay.
2. Choose a player.
3. Click "Advanced replay features".
4. Click the rightmost of the replay buttons, which opens a dropdown menu.
5. Click "Go to end of game (fast)" [or, if you want to see the boards from somewhere in the middle, "Go to specific move (fast)"]
6. Scroll down

That's a mighty fine grassland engine. I'm honestly surprised it didn't get you 100 pts.

With that in mind, without the big 4, I think the best scores come from engines in other habitats. Like, most of my higher scores (110+) have been with a wood duck and either a chipping sparrow or pileated woodpecker in the forest. Add a few caching birds and you're off to the races.

A tuck heavy wetland engine can also get you 110+ with a hummingbird and bushtit to start and then a bunch of tuck and draw birds in the other 3 spots. The only downside with that is you're feeding food to your opponent all game long so they end up with a high score as well.

I agree with wetland setup, but I have seen most of the time we try to build grassland if tucked cards are there. If tuck card get egg cards are in hand then better to setup in wetland as habitant itself will keep providing you resources (cards). And I love to play those kind of games. If wood duck is there in game, it literally takes away the fun, coz it's not engine building anymore, it's pure powerhouse show then.

Hi

this wasn't so powerfull only 8 points per move.
But it was nearly perfekt also 96 points only 8 birds played and no space for eggs left and every food and card were used.....

...and this one was also nice.
But how often do you have so much luck with the cards???

I just played a nice grasland setup.
9 points per move with only four needed birds.
But it also didn't crack the 100 points
