How to start a game with expansions?

Hello, I want to start a game with all expansions, but when I initiate a game it is only in its simplest version, no expansions. Can you tell me how I can run a game with expansions?

My guess is you are using the "automatic" mode from the "play now" lobby. Try either
- Switching from automatic to manual mode
- Go to the game's dedicated page and open a table from there

In both cases you will be able to select settings as you set up the table. And/or see existing open tables and whether their settings suit you.

Thank you very much for the answer. I really started the games from the "play now" button. Didn't notice the other option, frankly, I did not expect to be more than one way to start a game. It is a little confusing for the newcomers.
I still did not manage to start a game with expansions, because it appeared to be option only for the Premium members
