Example: last round my teammate skipped but they have a 50/50. Next round i can only play my fate that they already know, but this will give them a 33/33/33. On the bottom cards we would have a card like "twice" or something else, that would allow them to guess, but only if i keep my old fate in my hand, so i decide to play the other fate on the black card.

Even if i could play atleast one fate on the white cards, i bluff and i play my fate on the black card, is this allowed? I think this is similar to hanabi bluff concept, this is logic.

No, you can only play on the black card if you can’t play anywhere else (per the card).
