Board Game Arena

I was wondering if there was another way for my friend to contact support? They were IP banned, and most resources I've found point to submitting a query to https://boardgamearena.com/support, however, because she's IP banned, she can't access that domain in the first place (boardgamearena.com). Can you please advise?

My experience of trying to contact them is even when you're not domain banned they don't respond so good look to your friend. I hope they are successful. If they do find a way can you let me know how?
