Board Game Arena

1 player in my tournament game did not play and left or was kicked out. Then the website says that all other players are winners. Though as only 1 player proceeds to the next tournament round it becomes a lottery whom from the 3 others proceeds in the tournament.

Really frustrating

What could BGA do to fix this?
