Board Game Arena

Is anyone else having a problem with all BGA emails going into their Gmail spam box? I've tried marking them as not spam and safe but Google keep saying "the sender hasn't authenticated this message so Gmail can't verify that it actually came from them".

It's meaning I'm running out of time in games as I'm not getting notifications because it's going into spam.

Anyone else having the same problem? Any ideas?

Try all three methods listed here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/ ... 5277758-EU under "Prevent valid emails from going to Spam". Feels like the filter solution should at least work if the others don't. If GMail still doesn't believe in the sender for whatever reason, you can filter them on subject.
