I am trying to join a table on hearts but the same player refuses to start the game, over and over. It's been more than 20 times now. So, unless BGA does something about this, there is a chance that a player prevents the others of enjoying a game. You could have a maximum limit of games that a player could refuse before being temporarily disallowed of joining a game.

Did anyone in chat ask why?

Is there a reason the host did not simply remove that player from the lobby?

I encounter someone doing this almost every day.

Can't you just block them?
