Board Game Arena

I don't know if it's a bug but when ever I try to join a game up on "clicking join game" there is a 10 second delay + my screen freezes before reacting to joining game , does anyone or has anyone came across this issue ? Any advice

I have the problem only with Catan. No one joins my game (I am a premium member because I thought that would help). I have tried multiple variations of the game. The only way I can play is by joining a game. Then when I search for a game, they disappear within seconds, not allowing me to click join. If I am able to click join, I am kicked off right away, saying I quit the game. The only time I can play a game and not get kicked off, is if I am the last player to join.

Not sure if there is a delay. This happens on multiple platforms and computers for me.
