Can the dev implement a tracker for what win condition was fulfilled? Think it would be interesting over time to see which conditions are more common and which are rarer.

They are already tracked! Only BGA admins will be able to extract that data though, but should be possible to request that at some point.

It would definitely be interesting to see how many times Grand Mufti, The Grimm and the other Jihad card with a Bishop have won people games.

Unfortunately it's not really feasible to track statistics on a card level..
