Board Game Arena

When I take an irrigation piece, I should be able to store that for later use. But I'm unable to see how to do that. My only choice is to play it, or cancel, and if I cancel I lose it.

I believe in 2nd edition, irrigation channels and improvements are placed immediately and cannot be stored.
