draft at the begining of terraforming mars

Hi,
thanks for terraforming mars, I love this game.
Is it possible to add an option for a draft with the 10 cards of the begining please?
I know that will be longer but with the option each person can choose.
For me, it's too much luck to not doing the draft at the beigining.
