I'm playing axis, wipe out his para, and then, nothing more. I'm not familiar with this game and scenario, but he should have more troops right ?

Is it voluntary ?

How many did your opponent drop 9n the first turn?

And did he drop more after the sun was up?

He dropped 6 (I got all the medals), and none after the sun is up.

I'm thinking he doesn't want to drop any more as he is sure to lose.

In fact, he won't release any more troops, and will wait using only aerial attack.

New more likely theory: he doesn't currently have any cards that allow him to drop more troops.

Have you asked him in chat what he is going through?
