new lobby settings

I am trying to get familiar with the new lobby... just in case the old one disappear...
for fast, turn based, games in the old lobby it was possible to select a different settings for each single hour of the day.
In the new lobby I can find only the option for 1) all hours 2) restrict to a 12 hours interval (I can choose beginning and end but then everything is frozen). Am I missing something? It looks like a downgrade.
