Is there already an suggestion for that ? I couldn't find one.

Near the top right of bga page, there is an indicator in red of how many tables are waiting for you.
There is also a rotating triangle in the BGA tab if there is at least one table waiting for you.

I would like an option (in the profile) for both to not take into account single player games.
(And also for e-mail notifications if that is not already the case)

I mean : I want to know if players are waiting for me, not tables. I know that I have an ongoing 1 player game and I don't care to keep that table waiting. Having that triangle rotate even when it's only a 1player table that waits for me means that I cannot know at a glance whether someone is waiting for me.

That really would be a good option.
I sometimes play turn based single player games over several days on my lunch break and I'm always annoyed that when I want to quickly check if it is my turn on another turn based game my lunch break game keeps interrupting me. I often end up finishing that game just to get rid of the annoying notification.
