Undo-2 card ocean exploit

Hello, I just saw that you can undo placing an ocean for 2 cards, this options should be disabled, since you can just undo the action if you dont like the cards you saw.
You can only undo the action if you haven't drawn the cards yet.
If you try to undo after you've seen the cards, it won't let you.
