Thanks for sharing this message. I had recently confronted * about cheating, but he didn't comment on it, nor did he deny it. I hope people who cheat can't get into the ranking where they cheat. I reported * on BGA more than two weeks ago, but unfortunately nothing has been done about it yet.

Unfortunately, you can't share this information in forums even if BGA staff doesn't act on your reports. It'll be deleted. Yes, Arena matchmaking can be rigged. Yes, it is possible that a cheater will become an Arena Champion. This has happened before. Competitive play is not a priority for BGA at this moment, so you are on your own. Hopefully someone at BGA will notice your plea and help you.

Calling players out by name in the forums has gotten previous posters moderated, you might wish to considering removing your post of your own volition.
There is actually a good reason for that. A lot of forum posts that call specific players out for cheating are upon examination making entirely false claims. Its obviously not good for that to happen. So, on balance, its best not to use the forums for this. Speaking more generally about perceived flaws is different - but if you have a specific accusation it show go through the proper moderation channels. That is in all our best interest.

Thank you! I am ready to be punished. But I couldn't describe the situation without mentioning specific players, sorry. I would like some of the energy of moderation on the forum to be directed to checking complaints about cheating

As far as I'm aware, you can directly report the player in question, and include the links and proof in the report. That is fine, and I think players with multiple accounts do get actioned (at least with elo -- not sure if arena players get punished).
Posting the information here, even if you are correct, is simply against the rules and will be moderated as mentioned above.

I understand that it is necessary to not use the forum to refer to specific tables or players by name * and that this is the responsibility of the Admin Report. The forum should be kept as a place for general conversation.
*Moderator edit: please do not specifically name other gaming platforms

I'm trying to figure out how this sentence made sense no matter what "gaming platform" is inserted here. I hope the mods aren't simply keyword searching without checking the context.

I saw that comment before the link got deleted, and it
didn't make sense: lilycollins just randomly put some link in.
