The recent update has just taken all of the fun out of this game.
Lets do a poll to see if BGA should take it off until fixed.

Yeah, I agree and just abandoned a game because it was too clunky to play with all the 'confirm' dialogs.

That makes sense with other more complicated games but this is backgammon.

It's too many clicks to play this game; I know that might sound petty but I like playing it as a simple little side game while I'm watching TV or listening to podcasts.

Putting this extra friction in is honestly enough to deter me.

I know it isn't a flagship game or anything, but I honestly never intend on playing Backgammon on BGA ever again if the update stays. It's janky and makes my brain feel awful

Meanwhile, I had quit playing, and this update brought me back!

Love it!

Backgammon is meant to be a fast game. the new interface is frustratingly slow and choppy. you dont need to confirm each move at the expense of slowing down the game to the point of being boring.

I like it. My 'fat fingers' have f--ed things up too many times in the past.

Keep up the good work!

Update is terrible. But more importantly, it has driven everyone away. I can no longer find anyone to play with, unless I wait five minutes. Please roll it back!!

The interface is "clunky" and should be better.
A timeout on the confirm, say 20 seconds, would be helpful.

The undo button is essential and should be retained.
Retaining the undo requires confimation.
