Board Game Arena

I took a tile into my reserve and I can't figure out how or where to click to place it in my alhambra. I understand that it takes a turn to do so, but clicking on the tile does nothing, clicking and dragging does nothing, and I don't see a button to click to place it.

If you are talking about this game here: https://boardgamearena.com/10/alhambra?table=492845218, I don't see any legal placement for your 2 turquoise tile now (note that holes are not allowed). If you want to swap tiles, perhaps click the tile you want to exchange first?
