My friend and I wanted to create a group, but we entered a name with slightly wrong capitalization. We wanted to rectify this so we tried to create another group with correctly capitalized name. This, however, fails because apparently the check for already existing group names is case insensitive. But now we can't join the first group either, because it's invite only and has no members. What can we do?

We still have this problem with our group, so would you look into this problem?

There is a workaround - you can create group with the name you want, but in front of the name put a single space - " "
