Board Game Arena

A phenomenom that mostly happens on Bang! Arena mode is that there are lot of new accounts which show up for couple of days, playing few games(some of them same table with plaers's main account) and after that, they get deactivated.

Would there be a way to avoid this cheating method by adding a number of games played by account before trying to play arena? Same as it is with player level?
There are accounts where people come, insult, abandon on last move. Report and red thumb have no effect as the account is deleted in few hours and a new one is created.

I completely agree with this proposal. It would be great if, in addition to the reputation bar, there was a bar for the number of completed games

I agree too. Playing in arena with a lot of cheaters is simply disgusting.... BGA is the only website for play bang.... But with these conditions is frustrating...

There's already a minimum 100 elo to play Arena. You need a few games (or win a game with a few players) to get 100 elo. Requiring any reasonable number of games (5, 10, 20) for playing Arena would not deter cheaters, they would just fake-play 5, 10, 20 games.

Per account. Given the OP's complaint is about new accounts just created and deleted, that effect will multiply for those players.

absolutelly agree, 50-100 games to open arena mode for the new accs would be nice

I was considered entering bang arena the past few seasons but haven’t because I saw some of the funny business going on. I agree it should be made harder for people to cheat. Unfortunately I’ve seen several ppl who gather 100 games w/ their burner account. So there will still be some people willing to go to that length. I say we should make them though.

A good player can reach 100 ELO with max 5-10 games and can create new accounts very often, while 100 games you need few days to reach and is not that 'easy' to delete account and create new one and so on.

You are right, there are many players that have double accounts but my suggestion would make it more difficult process of creating accounts daily/once in 2 days, play few games, make some damage on others, help yourself and delete account.
