Offcial clarification on this rule (report must be changed)

There is an official response from Gilles Plantin on the rule:
Page 20:
"ART OF WAR CARDS
Art of War cards are the currency with which a player can buy maneuvers and other game effects.
When a player must discard an AoW card, the player can discard: 1 AoW card 1 RUNE card 2 ACTIVATION cards from previously DESTROYED, non-troop units."
This IS NOT LIMITED TO MANEUVRES

Then this reporting needs to be changed and is a bug to be fixed on BGA
