After playing several games, I found that tie are pretty common in this game.

After thinking to this state, I suggests adding this tie break rule : "if 2 players ends at the same turn, the one who writes the highest number in the last case win"

Should be the lowest number, as that's the option that requires the greatest skill.

But yes, a tie breaker is DEFINITELY needed.

Maybe in the last turn, the player who use the least dice wins.
if the number of dice they use are the same, player with the smallest sum of the written numbers(in the last turn) wins.

Most valuable structure (combined value of all dice). It makes the risk of higher dice more rewarding (possibly)

A reason why there is no tie-break-rule is that that would take tension away in the last turn(s) in many games.
With a significant possibility of a tie result, there are 3 end results possible instead of 2, which makes the end result more often uncertain near game end.
And to me ties in RollToTheTop feel like "too close to call", then it feels fine if "victory" is shared.
