Communication in private group

First, sorry for my english 
I created a private group of our association to play sometimes together.
I can post a message in "recent activity" or in the "chat" but there is no notification on email if the members don't connect on BGA during several days.
I propose to add solution to send message with copy on email to all members. For exemple if I want to organize tournament or a table for a specific game I would like send message and each one could be answer "yes or no" to be sure than everybody connect at same time.
Wht do you think about this ?
