Hi,

Am I misunderstanding how Agricultural Fertilizer works? I had it in play and I plowed 3 fields with swing plow with a grain in supply, I could not sow when I thought I should have gotten a free sow. Am I missing something?

I reported this as a bug and the developers claimed it isn't a bug because each plow from swing plow is apparently a separate action: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=101230
