Board Game Arena

Can someone explain to me why it using two association workers right now? I've put the link with a video of it at the bottom. I use the x-token, I support a conservation project, and it pulls two of my association workers over there. I thought it was supposed to pull only one? I don't want to post it to bugs because I suspect it must be a rule I just don't understand or have no encountered before... so any help explaining would be great.

My intention here was - use the X token to push to 5, support conservation project from my hand, then use the 2x multiplier I had - using the other X token I have for the second part of the multiplier, and support a public conservation project... but with it pulling two workers at the same time, I can't do that.

It's because you had already supported a project since the last break. Anytime you do an association where you already have a worker placed, it takes two workers.
