Confused by figure count in the player panel

What does "1 / 2" mean in the figure count? I thought it meant that I have 1 figure in my personal supply, and 2 more in the general supply, but if you look here:

https://boardgamearena.com/14/maracaibo ... ayFrom=309

I have 4 figures on the board (at spots 2, 9, 10, and 18), 1 in my personal supply, 2 in the general supply, and 2 on my career card, for a total of 9 figures. There are only supposed to be 8 in the game.

If the "2" in "1 / 2" also includes the figures on my career card, then that means that I have 4 on the board, 1 in my personal supply, 0 in the general supply, and 2 on my career card, for a total of 7 figures.

So either way it's wrong. What am I missing?

You're not missing anything. Sounds like you gained (or didn't spend) a figure somewhere along the line.

When your game ends, look back on your replay to see which move number that first started and file a bug report. With that information, the bug will likely be fixed in a day or two.

Ok will do. It appears that the "/ 2" includes the 2 on my career card. May I suggest that it doesn't? I filed a suggestion for that? https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=122450

I just need that move number and I'll get it fixed.
