Technical issue

I'm suddenly having trouble with ppp up windows on BGA. For example, in Evolution when the window pops up to confirm my turn nothing happens when I click either "confirm" or "cancel". f5 doesn't help. When I refresh it goes back to the pre-popup screen but once I get to the pop-up I get stuck again. My pop-ups are not blocked. Any suggestions?
