Why would I lose elo for this game?

Apparently yellow was expelled/quit at the very end of the game, the game was even scored and I had won; just curious why I lose elo here?

Looks like a bug for me. You should never lost ELO when someone else left the game first.
I think you should report a bug on the website (not on Stone Age, ELO is not handled by Stone Age code but by website code, if you create a bug report on Stone Age for that matter, only me would read it and I'm not able to fix it, I can fix only Stone Age code).

If you hover you can see the calculation. You lost more for drawing with the first player than for beating the third. Note, you can restrict table access by Elo to avoid playing with opponents a long way from your own, which is why the calculation looks odd here.

But usually, there is a feature preventing a player from losing Elo when someone else quits. Normally you end up at worst with +0. But this feature seems to be buggy and sometimes not work. Maybe it breaks when consecutive win/loss adjustments are added?

I understand it now thanks, it's just unfortunate that even though I had won (via score) it was considered a tie (despite a player being kicked/quit at 100% game progression). So while it's not technically a bug it looks weird that this happened at 100% progression still.

You hadn't won, it was considered a draw *because* a player was kicked not despite that. This is a known issue with multiplayer implementation. A player can improve their position by kicking someone over time. Its not ideal but no better way of handling the issue has ever been agreed on.
