BGA is preventing me from filing reports against insulting players

A player (*) harrassed me continually, insulted my religion and called me a "**" in my last game of * (*). When I tried to file a report the interface refused to bring up the chat, preventing me from doing so. This is the second time in a row that this has happened when I tried to file a report. Another time it told me the chat was empty - bga erased the evidence! This is a serious breach of stated player rights and encourages offensive behavior by players.

*Moderation Edit: please do not use the Forums to call out specific tables or players by name, this is what the Moderation Reports are for. The Forums should remain a general discussion.
**Moderator edit: please refrain from swearing on BGA, this is a family-friendly platform.

For that other time, have you also checked private messages, rather than just table chat?

Posting publicly about this issue on the Forums and in Bug reports is not the appropriate way to deal with your issue.

To report another player, please go to their Profile and select "Report This Player" in the top right corner to fill out a Moderation Report. Be sure to include the table number and mark all of the offensive lines in the chat. This will send the report to our Moderators to review.

As stated to you already elsewhere, if you are having trouble sending a moderation report, please contact us directly using the Support contact at the bottom of all BGA main pages for help. Please include the relevant information there (table number, player involved, etc).
