Very slow connection lately on BGA

Lately, about since a month ago, I have been experiencing slow connection Issue on BGA.
Below is the ping result that I did. It shows that BGA is giving 100% RTO while there's no issue for other website. The result aligns with my experience, that is I'm having no issue at all browsing other websites, but only for BGA is very slow for me.
Can anyone help me to resolve this? thanks
