Can anyone end a game that is hung on a kicked player?

I'm in a tournament that won't end because a player was kicked after timing out of a game and the game is waiting for them still. Presumably if the other players quit out, they would win and the tournament could continue. That won't happen so our tournament is hung indefinitely.

This seems like bad design by bga.

There is no reason to stay in a game after a player is booted, as the results will be neutralised anyway (all non-booted players are evaluated in a tie), but some people don't realise this. You can play on, but the AI used for the booted player is rudimentary, and (I believe) just takes whatever action is easy to continue the game. In some cases (like this), it would seem that AI isn't even implemented properly anyway.

The game will time itself out and resolve in about 3 days (after the max time for games as set by the tournament is reached). Then your tournament will continue.
