I've played 14 games over the span of a few weeks and I am beginning to feel a bit frustrated and confused as to why I am always (always) getting stuck with last start. Do I need to pay premium prices just to not be last all the time? What is going on?

Obviously you are lying - I always wonder why people do that. You never started last three times in a row, nevertheless you claim 14 out of 15. Ridiculous.

If you are searching for comfort in the forum you should write something like "I have played 15 games and I had several games where I was last - more than average." Then people could try to calm your nerves and perhaps explain that 4th position is one of the stronger ones in Catan.

But if you are just writing false claims what do you expect?

Your last two games you've been last, but that's not exceptional (1 in 16 chance in 4-player games).
