Board Game Arena

This is likely a difficulty 1 game, 2 would be a stretch. I almost passed on playing this one because I like games that I can pick up quickly. This game was explained to me in <1min. How does this get decided in the first place and how do we change it to be more accurate?

It's up to the developer to set the values. Apparently the developer left everything at 3, which is probably the default. Since this is not uncommon and, in any case, there are no guidelines or explanations about what those things mean, I suggest you just ignore the values.
