Server Problems, Losing ELO/Reputation

I'm not the only person who has had this problem, and I've verified that it is not on my end. Something is janky with the servers ever since this last update. I have been disconnected several times from games and (if I recall correctly) I have been ejected from games 3 separate times in 2 days- causing lost ELO and negative reputation- I went from 100% to 80% already. I do not think it is fair that I lose ELO/rep because the server breaks down. I have made a bug report but this is ridiculous. Needs to be higher up on the priorities list.
I have included a screenshot of what greets me when I try to open the website again- even after refreshing, reloading browser, clearing everything and restarting my computer and running troubleshooter. We should get our lost ELO/rep back because that's some straight up nonsense.
