When to report a player?

Hi, I started this month on BGA and I have experienced a few times that a user leaves the game after a big loss or helped the other team. I am wondering if I should report any of these situations to the moderators. I checked how it worked, but there I read that I can be punished if I report a player that I should not report. So that's why I ask here first:

1) In Take 5 a player lost big in the first 3 minutes and then went offline which resulted in almost no ranking points for the other players.
2) In Sabotage we play in teams: those who sabotage and those who don't. In the final part of the game one of the players who should not sabotage laid a card that clearly made sure the other team would win. He blocked a path that was close to the gold, this is something only those who sabotage should do and the user had 200 reputation so he should know he had different options.

Should I report both of these players, or just one of them? If I just click the thumbs down than the player is not reported, but it becomes less likely that I will play against that player again.

I started this month on BGA and I'm not sure if I posted on the right subforum because I don't get an answer here (only a post that was probably in the wrong topic). Can this topic be moved to Discussions if that's a better subforum for this question?
