Just suggesting that it be added. Great game and would be a great fit for BGA.
There is a thread specifically for suggesting games (Games wanted for BGA / Jeux demandés sur BGA) pinned to the top of this Suggestions forum. I hope that helps.
For context, Quacks has been requested in that thread alone 22 times. I love Quacks. I appreciate that you are trying to spread your appreciation for the game. But the reason it's not on BGA is not that it's some hidden gem that has somehow escaped the notice of the BGA community. I don't know any recent winner of the Kennerspiel des Jahres that would fall in that category.
