Loser not playing

We're close to the end of a 4p game. I and two others are in a close race, the 4th player is miles behind. They are no longer playing. Is there a way to skip the 4th players turn, but allow me and the two others to continue playing? It wouldn't change the balance of who's going to win. In the past when I've hit "skip turn" it's ended the game for everyone, in a tie for first.

It doesn't look like they've quit, they're just slow and don't log in often (you can see the same pattern with their other games).
But, no, you can't JUST boot them and finish normally. Or will be a 3 way tie for first like you said.
If you want to finish normally, you all will just have to wait for the slow player unfortunately.
