Can't figure out how to play ranked game - Terraforming Mars

Hi. New player here. I see that some players have an ELO score in Terraforming Mars, but I can't find the option to play a ranked game - "Friendly Mode" is on by default, and I don't see a setting to switch if off and play a ranked game instead. Help!
