In games with more than two players, what determines winner order? First place goes to the last player remaining, but what about 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place? The rule book doesn’t seem to mention it, but the BGA version seems to implement some sort of ordering

Technically, who ever dies first is last place, whoever dies next is third place, next is second place, and whoever doesn’t die is first place. Did you see something that didn’t work this way? It is possible there are more bugs….
