Board Game Arena

I've just played a game where my objectives required me to collect six houses... but there were only five available on the board. My opponent only needed four, so I was automatically at a 5 point (minimum) disadvantage as I had to choose which objective to not complete.

Just take a quick look at the game replay. There were 5 house spots, each of them contained 2 houses so in total were 10.

How does one claim two houses from the same spot?

Most of the time there will be at least 4 tiles around the house on which you can place ur vikings and get the houses, just keep placing more vikings around the house on other tiles.

When we had a demo of this game from the publisher at UK Games Expo the other week, they said explicitly you can only claim one house from each spot.

From the rules

"If you played your Viking adjacent to a House, take a House tile and place it on your Fjord, you can capture multiple Houses this way if you are adjacent to multiple"

Think the demo must have had the rules wrong, you can definitely claim several houses from a stack
