Expel or skip in turn based?

This has probably been answered before, but I couldn't find anything about it in the FAQs or forums...

If you're in a turn based match and the other player stops playing (my particular example is 8 moves/day, tournament opening and their 12 hour timer has run out), how are you supposed to end the game w/o incurring a penalty. I don't want to concede or quit, but there doesn't seem to be any other option other than propose to abandon collectively (and since they're not playing, that's not going to solve the problem).

Is there an expel player or skip turn function that I'm missing somewhere? I don't see a button or prompt anywhere...

When they run out of time you will be able to end the game (and it counts as a win for you with a % based on how far along the game is).

If you are playing without a time limit the system will automatically abandon the game after a month of inactivity.

Thanks. For some reason the skip turn option wasn't showing up even though their timer had run out (even after refreshing the page). But then it showed up a half/day later (not exactly sure when). Anyways, it's sorted now. Thanks again.
