Who wins?

In the rules we find:

Round End
A round ends when a player has three tiles in a row either orthogonal or diagonal, with all three either face up or face down, not mixed

If no more tiles can be played, and the above criteria cannot be met, then the player with the most visible tiles wins the round

But now I just ende a game where no one has 3 tiles in a row and we bith has 1 tile visuele (face up) but I lose the game.

Is it because I have less face down tiles? I assumdd it should be a draw.

Can someone explain?

Hi, in the rules it says "Ties are won by players later in turn order". Does that match your experience?

I have a similar confusion about the second round of the game linked below (my first game of linx).

https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=528977841

In that round,
1. No one got 3 in a row.
2. We both ended with 8 visible tiles.
3. I was the second of two players.

I would have expected to win that round based on the third criterion listed. Instead, my opponent won that round.

What am I missing?

You seem to be right. Did you report it?

Though I think in 2 player games the one who begins should win in case of not only such ties but even when the beginner has fewer tiles: it is much easier to be the second and passively block.
