I saw something very unfortunate in game http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!table?table=5574323
One player, either accidentally or mistakenly, placed on Uxmal 7 which of course immediately got knocked off when the wheel turned. I would suggest removing this as a possible placement as there is never a reason to place on the last position of a wheel.
Overall, an excellent job has been done coding this game!

Actually, I can think of two reasons to place a worker on the 7th position.
The first one is to get below 3 corn to be able to beg for corn at the start of the next turn. This way a player can go down from the top place of a temple and go up again to flip his board to the lighter side so that he can advance the wheel twice another time.
The second reason is to "skip the turn" if a player doesn't want to pick up a worker, and wants to place this worker in the next turn on a place which is currently occupied by a worker from another player.

I admit that these are extreme edge cases, but the rules allow it and I think BGA should allow it too. Though I think it would be a good idea to ask the player if he is really sure that he wants to place the worker on the last spot.

Those are actually pretty reasonable (especially the first). Thanks for the correction!
