Allround League: Registration for Season 7 is open

WHAT IS ALLROUND LEAGUE:
The Allround League is a recurring tournament held 1-2x per year. The competition involves many different games and is played within groups of 8 players each. The groups form divisions with promotion+relegation between seasons. Season 6 had 128 players in 16 groups.
Within each group it’s a round-robin-tournament - so everyone gets to play 7 matches against the other players of their group. Each match against another player consists of 9 different, randomly chosen games. The winner of the most games wins the 1 vs 1 match. The winner of the most matches wins the group.
All-in-all this means you will play 63 (largely different) games. Games are played in turn-based mode and started as it suits you and your opponent (but there are some deadlines).

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate, you need to be (or become) a versatile player and active on matters around the league. So before you register please make sure you can meet the following:
13 Jun '24 ------ Registration starts. Game pool announced.
28 Jun '24 ------ Registration closes. Players in Gold, Silver and Bronze Groups announced
01-10 Jul '24 -- Set vetoes for your games
15 Jul '24 ------- League starts
15 Aug '24 ----- Starting of batch 1 games can no longer be rejected. Please start the games!
22 Aug '24 ----- Any batch 2 games that are not visible yet, will be revealed.
22 Sep '24 ----- Starting of batch 2 games can no longer be rejected. Please start the games!
29 Sep '24 ----- Any batch 3 games that are not visible yet, will be revealed.
29 Oct '24 ------ Starting of batch 3 games can no longer be rejected. Please start the games! New time setting: 3 moves/day
15 Nov '24 ----- Season finishes. We expect all games to be finished then.
HOW TO SIGN UP:
To register for Season 7, comment under under the registration post in our group here: https://boardgamearena.com/group?id=7870115 . (If you cannot reply to this post please reach out to one of the admins directly). The room in this event is not limited, so don’t worry about rushing to be first on the list. It is more important that everybody knows what they are committing to, to avoid dropouts during the season. So please take the time to check out our sheets thoroughly, so you know what you’re getting into.

DISCORD

It is not necessary to join the discord to enjoy participation in the event, but it can be a nice extra to get in contact with other players and admins.

- Be ready to play (and possibly learn) up to 63 different randomly chosen games (21 each month)
- Check the tournament-sheets regularly to know what to play with whom
- Talk to your opponents and open game tables with the appropriate settings (there is no automatic tool for this format)
- Fill the veto form in time (even if you want 0 vetoes!). If you're unavailable in that week, please contact us in advance.
- Fill a google-form with the result for each game you have won soon after it finished
- Be nice and fair to other players and positive towards the games!
