Balance +,- points in Elite league (arena)

I dont understand why outlaws when win earned to many points and when lose lost few points and sheriff with deputy when win earned few points and when lose lost to many points. This points is ok in arena with 5 players in 6 players isnt balanced. Reno is same too bad balanced when lose or when play duel, everytime lost to many points and when win earned few points.
